Today we carry cash or debit cards everywhere, but... Is it necessary to carry this all the time? What
happens if I forget all this at home?

Now within reach of your smartphone, you can have cash everywhere, anytime. The users only need a smartphone with the internet and an ATM near to use their money for anysituation or emergency.

The Problem: In Mexico, the "Cardless Withdrawal" feature in the previous app, "Bmóvil," was perceived as hidden and difficult to use, despite its potential. The challenge in the new app, "Glomo," was to include this functionality and enhance its performance, simplifying and guiding users through the cardless withdrawal process. The goal was to make it agile and user-friendly, enabling users to access and control their funds without the need for a physical card.

My role as a UX Designer involved moderating workshops and user testing sessions, translating insights into wireframes, and collaborating with Product Managers and developers to validate visual designs. I also worked closely with the Design System team, Coronita.
