Prospect Square has been in used by Coldwell Banker Agents for almost a year, but the Business team has been receiving numerous complaints, low scores, and decreased usage rates. It was web-based and in that time it was not responsive. Despite being a comprehensive marketing tool with measurable benefits, there were issues with its adoption and usage. The business goal was to expand the user base and boost agent engagement by implementing valuable features and enhancements through an agile, agent-centric development approach.
In this project, I served as the sole Product Designer, which presented a unique challenge as I didn't have a dedicated design team. This meant I had to seek assistance from my Globers teammates outside of the project for critiques, workshops, and collaborative sessions. I handled everything from planning and discovery to research (including in-depth interviews and surveys) and visual design. Despite the challenges, this project strengthened my skills in UI design. I opted to use the Material design system due to time constraints, allowing me to focus on delivering impactful designs without building a system from scratch.
